24 September

Food Theatre all day from 10h00 to 22h00

- Family fishing, kids fruit cocktails, bread baking, sweets & treats and art. Fish and beverages to be exhibited, demonstrated and tasted.
- Organic salads, bread, fruit and veggies and more as well as health and beauty products.
- In the Lifestyle section sweets & treats, coffee, books and art.
- In the meat section new amazing organic beef, lamb and ostrich.
- All Knysna Gastronomica's Restaurant chefs will demonstrate their signature dishes.
- Entertainment all day...dance, song and music.

25 to 27 September

Two days of demonstrations, workshops and talks by very special people.

-Interesting subjects like "should we take supplements" will be debated.
- Demonstrations of new unknown veggies and how to cook, add or blend them.
- New books launched and some of the recipes demonstrated and tasted.
-Understanding how to know what you are buying.
- Eat fresh and in-season to enjoy all the necessary ingredients to good health...keep watching the website.
- Cultivate your palette: single malt whiskey paired with selected food dishes to achieve mouth watering harmony. Presented by Glen Fiddich.
- And of course we must have chocolate...chocolate...chocolate!
