Question:
Blue colour on chicken
I was baking chickens today, and one had a blue colour on the inside of the skin around the cavity (where you would lace it up if stuffing the bird). It was not on the surface, but infused throughout the inner layer of ? what? ? connective tissue? on either side of the cavity. I have never seen this before. What causes this, and is it safe to eat? Thanks for your reply!

I wouldn't know what has caused this problem, but suggest you contact the supplier ? either the supermarket or the chicken farm. It would be a good idea to get a definitive reply about this.
