Question:

Chicken ? too much lemon

I roasted some chicken pieces and first marinated it with my spices, but I mistakenly added extra fresh lemon juice. It's a little sour due to the lemon. How can I improve on the taste?

Answer:

Lemon and chicken go well together, so you must have added loads to make it so sour! The opposite of sour is sweet, so your best bet would be to add sweetness in the form of honey, sugar or even fruit juice.
