The best quality vegetable crisps that I have seen in South Africa are those handmade by "rootstock". Their beetroot, parsnip & sweet potato crisps contain only natural ingredients. There is no added sugar or TBHQ (antioxidant). They distribute widely in Cape Town, and I understand, more selectively in Gauteng. Give them a call on 021 510 3906.
