Asian noodles

We often go to Simply Asia & another restaurant in Melkbos, Eastern Fusion -which makes the most delicious Noodle Meals. I have tried to make noodle recipes from magazines etc, but it doesn't come close to the taste of the the noodles I eat in restaurants. What could be the secret to get these 'full' flavours? kind regards simone

Noodles are quite bland in flavour, so they would pick up the flavours of the other ingredients in the recipe. You could try asking the restaurant for their recipe!
