Award-winning chef, Jackie Cameron, who owns and runs Jackie Cameron's School of Food & Wine in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal is an ardent ambassador for Weber.
Classes will add excitement to Weber cooking as they showcase and demonstrate how to cook the perfect meals in Weber charcoal and gas braais; as well as offer useful hints and tips that will make braai-ing experiences easy and enjoyable.
They will be held at Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine on the first Wednesday of every month at 241 Old Howick Road, Hilton from 18h00 to 23h00.
Each class will end with a tasting table of the food that has been prepared, beer tastings by Clockwork as well as all the recipes for you to take home and replicate!
