Cost: The tasting menu including wine is R825 per person and R540 excluding wine. The vegetarian option is R780 including and R495 excluding.

Cape Grace has announced their anticipated 2015/16 Food and Wine Pairing Menu lineup, which is available for booking, seven days a week, in the award winning Signal Restaurant.

Says Drotsky: “Each six course menu will expertly pair the subtle nuances of the Cape’s finest wines, with fresh seasonal dishes, drawing on the Cape’s colourful heritage for which Chef Malika is so well renowned.”

The pairing menu, which will change periodically, along with the invited participating wine estates, started this month with Dombeya and Haskell wines, both of which hail from the Stellenbosch region.
