Hi there Koelsum, As far as I know 7up is a lemonade type drink similar to Sprite. As for the Bisquick baking mix is a pre-mixed flour and shortening mixture for making biscuits. Here is a quick substitution - 1 cup biscuit mix = 1 cup flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt + 1 tbsp butter or margarine. Just out of interest, what was the recipe for?
