Juliet Hogg owns and runs a successful wedding cake business in Cape Town and she has an astounding enthusiasm for all things “cake”. 
 
Julie first developed a love for baking in her grandmother’s kitchen, where afternoon tea time treats were the order of the day.  She was trained as a professional chef and has gone on to specialize in the art of pastry. 
 
She has extensive experience in the kitchen, and has been working as a cooking and baking instructor for that last few years.  Julie also runs courses and workshops on the art of cake decorating and sugar craft.
