The winter menu, at a Cost of R495.00 per person excluding beverages and gratuity, features local and speciality imported ingredients cooked with classical techniques and methods by award-winning Executive Chef, Darren Badenhorst’s unique style, to ensure an interesting culinary experience.
Winter Chef’s Table – Indulge in an exquisite 3-course menu created by the Executive Chef for just R355.00 per person. Guests will enjoy fine cuisine, beside a roaring log fire, paired with award-winning Grande Provence and Angels Tears wines, in the private setting of The Jonkershuis. This is available for a minimum of 8 guests per table and reservations must be made in advance. Gratuity & beverages excluded.
Gourmand Food and Wine Cellar Experience - The Restaurant presents a prestigious and limited offer, which includes an 8 course dining experience with award-winning Grande Provence and various international wine pairings. The evening is hosted at the private Cellar Table with wine knowledge presented by the Estate’s renowned Winemaker, Karl Lambour, and food interaction before each course by the Estate’s award-winning Executive Chef, at only R1, 500.00 per person. This promises to truly be an event to remember. This is limited to 8 diners so booking in advance is necessary.
