Been to Cafe Neo three times in the last five days and all three times the waiters/waitresses either messed coffee on us or bumped stuff over. I absolutely loved Cafe Neo but am so depressed to see how careless/slack things have gotten. Really hope they sort their service out ASAP as it is even affecting the ambience!

Got served a very stale piece of cake, and after being charged for it (after having told the manager and waiter) the manager shrugs his shoulders and says "What do you want me to do about it?" and hands me the bill back. No apology and unbelievable arrogance. Only after a fairly heated argument did he take the cake off the bill. This type of arrogance and poor customer service gives Cape Town a bad name.

Ex Manager of Caffe Neo, Rolandos I Like Caffe Neo because of the vibe, the staff, the atmosphere and the people that hang out there. And of course the amazing food that the restaurant offers it reminds me of home. Miss Caffe Neo, and their amazing flower cappuccino.

Sinn's Restaurant "There is something so simply indulgent about Risotto. Yes, health nuts would slate it for it's cheesy, creamy ladenness, but personally, that's all the more reason to revere it (and then pop off to the gym the next day). The Rocket Risotto and Silver Fish I had last night at Sinns, was incredible! The texture of the firm, crisp-skinned fish, paired with the dreamy sanctity of the Risotto, punctuated with beetroot chips and served out in the airy sophistication of Wembly Square- Bellissimo! ..."
